Our 2011 Sugar Skull Collection is our first line of an annual tradition and celebration.
Our sugar skulls are inspired by Día de los Muertos, a Mexican tradition that honors and celebrates departed loved ones; a truly fascinating, humorous, and beautiful holiday.
In Día de los Muertos, skeletons are symbols of resurrection; Death is mocked and celebrated–Key clues to what Bricklayer Bosh is all about.
All skulls are hand-made by our team. 2011 Bricklayer Bosh Sugar Skull Team Members include: Dom, Scott, Tatum, Jennifer Long, and myself.

2011 Sugar Skull Collection Designed by Bosh
While our team collectively decorated the previous skulls, I decorated the following myself *except where noted.

(My favourite)
(I like this skull because it features one of my first artistic obsessions, roses, which I used to draw all the time, in most cases, exactly as seen above.)
*I designed everything except for the red and blue on the mouth. I think Scott did that.
